Returns Policy
All our goods on despatch are quality control checked for faults, this means we are able to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. We do realise that there are certain circumstances other than faulty goods where a client may wish to exchange the goods purchased for another garment/s or credit voucher and in these circumstances before any decision can be made by us we need to receive the goods back with us within 14 days in its original packaging for inspection.
We cannot accept returns if hosiery has been tried on or if the tags have been removed from the items. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Goods returned to us due to wrong sizing will be eligable for a refund minus the postage costs
- Defective merchandise.
- Substitution of styles or colours by manufacturer error.
- Delivery of merchandise after confirmed cancellation date without buyers extension.
No returns or exchanges will be allowed for any item viewed as worn, showing dirt, original tags removed or removed from the original packaging.
